The Farm

On the slopes of the Alburni mountains, in the Campanian Apennines, in the Cilento and Del Vallo di Diano National Park, the creator and owner of the company is Enrico Foti, a young entrepreneur who realized his adolescent dream of preserving the territory, the local traditions and recipes.Enrico The project was not easy to implement and required enormous sacrifices, but it was based on the assumption that we are not the ones who have to leave our land and move to the north as all the younger generations have done and continue to do, but we must invent a job to enhance and develop our southern territory, and its enormous potential.

Enrico Foti graduated from agricultural land surveyor and passed from dreams to action. The first step was to present the project in the family, which initially hesitated, now trusts and supports it with great determination, in particular the mother, who handed down the recipe and is an essential collaborator for the company.

The basic idea was to create a quality product, hence, in 2002, the cue to manage the family farm and make it multifunctional, devoting itself essentially to the production and harvesting of first choice wild strawberries to be used for the aforementioned liqueur and beekeeping.
The manufacturing process adopts traditional methods and required great commitment and long realization times, but finally the result is a product of excellence, tasty on the palate, which fascinates and captures anyone who tastes it.
